For the 2026 HKTB WinterFest Christmas Town, Major Pop is tending to serve as the Main Contractor and Lead Curator, orchestrating a purpose-built consortium of industry-leading architects, master sculptors and heavy production houses.

Outdoor Events
We provided a lively atmosphere carnival on the harbourfront of Wan Chai with a series of large-scale summer carnivals: live music shows on a water stage featuring musicians from across Asia, street performances, and X-Games performances across five weekends.

Executive Leadership
With over 35 years of unparalleled expertise, Flora Kwong seamlessly bridges top-tier entertainment with mega-scale public spatial productions. As Managing Director she ensures uncompromised standards in site safety, ESG management and total client fulfilment, holding 20+ years of experience producing outdoor and indoor events, including shopping malls.
She is currently an Executive Committee Member of the Council for the Promotion of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Cooperation (廣東省粵港澳合作促進會文化傳播常務委員), has served as consultant for the Hong Kong Trade Development Council’s Film and Entertainment Advisory Committee (香港貿易發展局影視娛樂諮詢委員) and the Create Hong Kong Office (創意香港辦公室諮詢委員), and is a board member of the IFPI (Hong Kong Group) (國際唱片業協會(香港會)委員).
